I want to write about my English learning history today.
When I look back myself....
I think the big change came when I was in high school.

My mother told me to enter the English course in high school,
although I was not so good in English then.
I took the exam of that course, because my mother told me
if I past it, I could get my own television!
And I past....however, the TV didn't came along.

In high school, I was just, normal, or, just average
student. My English level was not good, because there
were many students who could understand and speak
far better than I could.

Turning point was, I remember,,,maybe in the 2nd grade
or,,,near the end of the 1st?
I got high score in one English test.
The thing I did before the test was...
To read the textbook aloud and memorize them all.
I tried to read the text again and again.
I read aloud untill I can fully understand.

I realized that, when I practiced this way,
I could understand the meanings well.
And I found where to breathe, and
where to put emphasis.

Once, I asked my English teacher
"How can express better in English?"
She told me,
"If you think you want to tell something,
and you know it well, you can."

We should not be so nervous whether the grammer
or pronuciation is good or not.
It's OK to make mistakes.
If you really want to tell something,
your feelings will enpower your message,
and your message will be understood.
And, with your smile and some gestures,
it will be far better**
